+ [2017-01-23T21:36:32Z] EvanR that would have avoided all this
+ [2017-01-23T21:39:22Z] EvanR that fixed it
+ [2017-01-23T21:55:32Z] EvanR next question is it possible to give a user access to the settings of one of your repos?

rfuentess: Here's my scenario with more detail. I have an application and a set of credentials (API keys, client secrets, etc.) for said application. Both are private repos. Different organizations will have their own instance of the application, but only we will have the credentials repo (other organizations will have their own).

+ [2017-01-24T00:37:04Z] frostythesnowman i did some research and PR's are supposed compare your branch with the 'base branch'. is there some reason why it wouldn't be comparing against the 'latest' version of my base branch?
