I use about 4-5GB of Git LFS storage on a private repository. Though in my billing section it still says that I have used 0 out of 1 GB. Is this quota for free repositories or something? How does GitHub handle Git LFS for private projects? I cannot find this anywhere in the help sections or on the billing info pages.

+ [2019-04-13T05:18:39Z] alkisg Hi, I moved a repository and the old URL now is a "301 moved permanently" redirect. Is there any way to make the old URL really unavailable? (in order to make my launchpad.net mirror of the repository fail on purpose)
