Although I have set up the ~/.ssh/config locally as described, after SSHing in to the server and trying to connect to GitHub, I get a Permission denied (publickey).

Hi - when I have a "This branch is out-of-date with the base branch. Merge the latest changes from develop into this branch." option on GitHub, what will that leave in the logs? I'm guessing it will do as it says and leave a merge commit.
