Ok, so I can I get a hold of the tag sha1 via the API? repos.getTags returns me the commit sha1 but not the tag one...

Seveas, oh, I see. Didn't realize the tags had a different sha1, always thought the tags where just a mutable pointer to commits

it's just me or the git.tags API is not working correctly?
