It says there are about 1700 lines in the diff, but 1100ish are just lines in newly added SVG images

technicalpickles: The mozilla org just enabled some 3rd party access restrictions, but I just pushed a branch to test, and the github irc integration still works with mozilla irc...so I'm really not sure why that change would toggle stale irc updates to fire, but it seems like a relevant data point
