What I figure should work is the following: clone upstream "AA", checkout a new branch "AA-watch", then push as a branch to "BB". But I don't know how to do this last step.

hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me with something.... I have previously forked a project on Github, and made changes. The upstream master "AA" has new commits, and what I would like to be able to do is create a branch in my fork "BB" that I can keep up-to-date perfectly with the upstream "AA".
